Safety Functions of Automotive ICs
Epson's Automotive ICs are built in a variety of safety features. One of the features is a telltale monitoring. When the IC detects an abnormality in the telltale in the image streamed from the host, it notifies the host and performs display processing, like overwriting of the telltale, as necessary.
