  • AYes. Because we operate our own fabs, we can respond flexibly to long-term supply requirements.

  • Q4What foundry service options does Epson offer?
  • AEpson supports both process transfer and development using Epson’s existing process technologies. We propose the most suitable approach based on each customer’s requirements.
  • Q5Can Epson support prototype development only?
  • AEpson's silicon foundry services are generally intended for projects that will proceed to mass production. However, prototype development is available through our shuttle service. Please contact us for details.
  • Q6Can Epson support MEMS processes?
  • ADepending on the project requirements, MEMS process support may be available. Please contact us for details.
  • Q7What is Epson's production capacity?
  • AOur monthly production capacity is approximately 24,000 wafers for the 6-inch line and 25,000 wafers for the 8-inch line.

  • AWe have completed more than 30 process-transfer projects.
